Thanks for reaching out to us, and sorry to hear about the connection issues! The Wi-Fi icon in your screen shot should be green if you're connected, and the Wi-Fi Access Point will also be breathing blue when connected to your network.
Please click on the Wi-Fi Access Point in your screen shot and click your network's name to reconnect your Wi-Fi Access Point to your network. If you are having difficulty doing so, make sure the password is correct and see if you can move your Wi-Fi Access Point closer to your router or restart your router for better connectivity.
If you've connected successfully, the icon in the app will be green and the Wi-Fi Access Point will have a breathing blue light. You can try turning off Bluetooth to make sure you can connect via Wi-Fi only.
When you are outside of the house, you may first see "Sesame Found!" when you attempt to connect to your lock. This is normal; once your Wi-Fi Access Point has connected to Sesame via Bluetooth, the message will change to "Connecting..." and "Locked/Unlocked."
