Sorry to hear it! Here's a few things you can try to get the Wi-Fi working again:
- Log out of Sesame app and login again
- Unlink/relink your Sesame from the Wi-Fi Access Point
- Remove the Wi-Fi Access Point and set it up again
If the issue persists, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with screenshots of the issue and provide your Sesame account email address.
Regarding knock to unlock, this feature is Bluetooth-only and the Wi-Fi module will not affect this feature. You can check out this post to see our checklist of how to make sure knock to unlock will work.
