Sorry to hear it! Please do the following two things:
- Reset the Wi-Fi Access Point while pressing the button for 60 seconds
- Let us know the S/N of your Wi-Fi Access Point (it can be found printed on the unit or on the WiFi Module page when you add the WI-Fi Access Point)
After the full factory reset and once we have updated the information associated with your Wi-Fi Access Point, you should hopefully be able to add your Wi-Fi Access Point to your account again. If you continue to have trouble, we would be happy to process a free replacement under our 1-year warranty. Thanks! - CANDY HOUSE
