Are you able to connect to Sesame via Wi-Fi when you are out of Bluetooth range? When you are within Bluetooth range and have both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled, the app will choose whichever way connects faster, so if it finds Sesame's Bluetooth signal first it will show as Connected via Bluetooth and Disconnected via Wi-Fi. To connect via Wi-Fi while within Bluetooth range, open your Sesame app then turn off Bluetooth. You should connect via Wi-Fi only since the Bluetooth connection is not available.
If you cannot connect to Sesame via Wi-Fi even after turning off Bluetooth or going out of Bluetooth range, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and send us screenshots of your app showing Sesame status and Wi-Fi module settings plus a photo of your Wi-Fi Access Point and Sesame setup. We will help troubleshoot or arrange a replacement under our 1-year warranty if we determine your unit to be defective. Thanks! - CANDY HOUSE
