İ bought my sesame lock last year April/2018 and last week it I had a problem, Lock was just clicking sound and did not worked any more, I reach customer service and ask help, they respond it as lock motor is dead and its out warranty so they cannot replace.
But as you all remember last year we all had big security problem as; sesame lock was opening its self, for due to security reasons I have removed from door and waited stable software update and its took 4 month. It’s not fair you cannot use lock because of sesame's mistake and you are being out of warranty when you needed.
Now sesame customer service asked for money+tax+shipping fee for replacing new one, I have asked for just dead motor for replacing myself but they have even not answered my mail.
So if you want just headache and terrible customer service you are welcome to buy sesame lock, if not look other brands.
