Unfortunately, the lock is not in the paired devices list. The other, working lock, is present, but the problematic lock is not.
I have tried unistalling the app, re-installing, restarting the phone, several manual resets of the lock.........I even went so far as to remove all of the devices from my account (locks and wi-fi modules) and was able to add everything back in with the exception of this lock.
I am using an iphone 8+ running iOS 11.4 with beta version 1.37 (1) of the Sesame app.
