My sesame lock tends to get stuck when trying to automatically lock, and it causes the battery to drain extremely fast, under a month, is there anything I can do. It seems the bolt gets stuck on bolt hole lip
Sorry to hear it! Auto-lock is triggered by time after unlock and does not take into account whether the door is correctly lined up with the frame. And yes, if auto-unlock isn't successful, Sesame will keep trying and drain its batteries quickly in the process. We recommend either 1) make sure you and everyone in your household closes the door firmly each time so the deadbolt is correctly lined up for auto-unlock or 2) turn off auto-unlock to avoid this issue from happening. We apologize for the inconvenience caused! - CANDY HOUSE
It might also be worth re-aligning the strike plate in your door frame if it still happens when the door is completely closed.
