Hey nicolai,
Thanks for letting me know. You should be getting it soon.
Another user has solved the Location issue by doing the following. I'm not sure if it'll work for you, but I suppose it's worth a shot for now. Let me know if it doesn't work or if your Knock isn't even there. (It's a known bug we're working to fix)
"I fixed the location problem, but it required turning off both the unlock and knock checkmarks, then turning the "knock & auto-unlock" slider to off, then turn slider on, then check knock. that popped up the location selection." - scholtz
Hey joekang120,
Was your phone connected to bluetooth on Sesame when you checked it manually, or did it only connect after you launched the app?
Hey codyschug,
We discovered the bug making Knock go MIA last night. We're working on fixing it now. I'll post an update when it's done and you guys should receive another download to replace the current beta.
It's true if you don't turn on WIFI, GPS can be highly inaccurate. It didn't work the first time most likely because you didn't leave your house far enough for Sesame to detect that you've left. As for setting perimeter, it's something we will likely support when the feature is a lot more stable. From my understanding, Sesame listens for the "Welcome" & "Goodbye" based on your location. So if you're within the perimeter of Sesame, you'd get "Welcome." If you leave, you get "Goodbye." I'm not entirely sure basing it on timer, but I'll suggest that to the dev, thanks!
Hey urvakshk,
It remains unlocked until you've locked your door, or if you've triggered Auto-Lock, until the time you've set Auto-Lock to lock your door.
