I wrote earlier this week to support and have not heard back since.
a few hours after updating latest firmware this week (to the version from 30/4/2019) when we tried to unlock sesame via the app - it made a tick sound and did not move.
The app can identify the lock position if I turn it manually - but when ever I try to lock /unlock - it hear the tick sound but no further action.
I tried to remove the batteries and insert them back in - but the behavior is consistent - I made a couple of video's and included to support so I will not post them here.
For now I removed the batteries because I don't want to see any late commands to unlock / lock the door - but I wonder how I should diagnose this problem and resolve it ?
the latest firmware promised to increase sesame life by 5 more years or something like that and make it more efficient, but since I upgraded I am forced to use my keys - that's definitely a step in the wrong direction!
