Hello. I had no problem originally setting up the device. It worked fine for about a week... and then the physical location of the "dial" did not match up with the dial on my phone screen. It would also not lock or unlock the door. I took it off the door and discovered the sensor cables had come unglued from the plastic housing. The sensor cable is now bent and the device will not work.
I tried deleting the sesame from my app. It then could not find it again when I tried to pair it. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. I kept getting the same issue: it can not be found.
I would like to send this device back for a replacement. What are my options?
Galaxy S6, Android 6.0.1
EDIT: I reset the device. It is now able to connect. But the dial does not line up with my dial displayed on my phone.
