Sorry to hear it! Unfortunately there isn't currently a way to reboot remotely. Can you elaborate what you mean by Sesame will hang? We would appreciate more information, particularly video/screenshots if possible, so we can help.

- Sesame account email address
- Screenshot or screen capture of error message in app and/or video of Sesame malfunction
