Thank you for posting on our forum. We are sorry to hear that you are unable to connect your Sesame via WiFi. If you are you currently using iOS 13 with Sesame. Could you please go to Phone setting> Sesame app> and enable Bluetooth setting and cellular data. Also, set Location > Always.
