Hi Fabrizio, I apologize that Sesame is showing no response.
It seems that your the Wi-Fi Access Point hasn't detected the Sesame Bluetooth signal for over 30 minutes. This can happen if Sesame has stopped broadcasting or if the app has been connecting to Sesame via Wi-Fi for over 30 minutes.
If you are able to check the status of your Sesame and the Bluetooth signal is still working, please unplug and replug the Wi-FI Access Point. Otherwise, you can wait a few minutes to give the Wi-Fi Access Point a chance to scan for the Bluetooth signal again.
If when you get the "No Response" status you notice that the Sesame LED light is no longer blinking blue, it's likely that the battery contacts have become loose and the batteries are falling out of place over time, causing Sesame to lose power and stop broadcasting its Bluetooth signal. If you suspect this to be the case, a simple solution is to fold up some paper and wedge it between the batteries and Sesame cover to keep the batteries in place.
Let us know if this worked or not. Thanks! -Jerming
