Sorry about that! The notification was triggered by your guest email@example.com. It looks like there was a bug when they created their account and their name was not correctly associated with their email address.
Please ask your guest to open their Account Settings, click Edit Profile, update their first and last names, and click Update Profile. Once your guest has done so, their names should be updated and the notification should show the correct name. We apologize for the inconvenience caused!
