We apologize that your lock won't connect to reset.
Could you please try doing the following to see if it will connect:
1. Toggle your phone's bluetooth OFF and ON
2. Reboot your smartphone
3. Unpair and repair Sesame and your phone
4. Reinstall app
5. Take out the batteries from Sesame and re-insert it again

-Screenshot of your proof of purchase
-Please let us know if your Sesame LED light is blinking blue
