Sorry to hear it! Can you let us know if you are able to consistently connect to Sesame via Wi-Fi in your Sesame app? If you have difficulty connecting via Wi-Fi in the app as well, there may be an issue with the connection between the Wi-Fi Access Point and Sesame causing the API to be unable to reach Sesame. If this is the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of your setup showing the distance between the Sesame and Wi-Fi Access Point, and also screenshots of the Sesame status page and Module Settings page when you attempt to connect via Wi-Fi.
Also, are you keeping the Sesame app closed when you attempt to connect to Sesame via API? Only one device can connect to Sesame at a time so be sure all other devices are disconnected from Sesame when you're using the API.
