- Screenshot or screen capture of what you see in the app when Sesame isn't working
- Video of malfunction (if you suspect it to be a hardware issue)

And yes, the main differences between gen 1 and 2 are hardware differences that were improved for gen 2 like motor strength and robustness, better battery life, and extendable rather than detachable gripper adapters.
