To Sesame team,
First lets talk about the Android app. To be honest, this is NOT the way you would do public testing on your app.
Instead of come around here every day to check if you pushed a update on the Google Drive. And once you did, then we have to download and install it manually. which is painful by the way ...
You should use Google Play alpha/beta testing. Currently the version on Google Play is already a unreleased version. Google play have closed alpha/beta test, and public beta, release, etc. You can push a update to Google play fairly quickly, and then user can test it and leave feedback right away. Test means test, release means release, you don't call push a beta version to the Google Play and call it a release.
As a backer from the beginning of the campaign on Kickstarter, I really believed Sesame have some of the best/brilliant ideas on a smart lock. It is simple, easy to use, and most importantly, when you slap this little robot on your door, it just works!!! simple as that. I hope to see this company grow and release new products (e.g. windows/door sensors, garage opener, and other IoT devices),
