Our iOS app is very stable and usually it's a breeze when it comes to pairing with Sesame. However, if after sliding away & restarting and the problem is still there, you’re of the few iOS users with problems connecting to your Sesame or our server, please email us (sesame@candyhouse.co) with details of the error. We will need the assistance of our engineers to find a solution from the backend.
