In order to register another Email with CANDY HOUSE or change the email address for Sesame, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Manually reset the Sesame. Here's the link (video) of How do I reset my Sesame manually?
Step 2: Remove the connection between your Sesame and your phone. Please note that for iOS users, you will need one more step, to clear Bluetooth cache on iOS. ---> How do I remove/unregistering Sesame from my app?
Step 3: Delete your account
1) Open your Sesame app and click on the gear button on the top left
2) Click on the gear button on the top right of your app
3) Scroll to the button of your Account Setting, and click on "Delete My Account"
4) Enter your password, and then click on "delete my account"
Step 4: Register your account using your new email address For the verification code, please make sure it doesn't trap into your spam/trash box.
I know it's a lot of steps, but please make sure you follow and complete EVERY step. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to find/ connect your Sesame with your new email address/ new CANDY HOUSE account. Thanks!
