I add a guest as normal and they are able to access the smart lock as intended without any issues.
If I change their access schedule from full access to limited access on cerain days, the user is no longer able to connect at all, including during the times they are allowed according to the schedule. It just says disconnected.
If I change it back to full access, it still no longer works.
Basically if any changes are made to the schedule including undoing those changes, the user is forever locked out.
The only workaround I found so far was to remove the guest and re add said guest. This will fix the problem entirely.
However, if the schedule is limited again, the user again gets locked out forever until removed and re added.
I used Sesame for Airbnb and require to limit the guests access.
I’ve had issues with many of my guests not being able to connect. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP!
