Sorry to hear it! Does this issue only happen when you're using auto-unlock or does it also happen if you open the app to connect to Sesame via Bluetooth?
We recommend trying the below:
1. Toggle Bluetooth off and back on
2. Clear the Bluetooth pairing and re-pair
3. Restart your phone
4. Wipe cache partition/reset network settings
