Thanks for reaching out to us and for letting us know what you've already tried! It looks like your Sesame is not paired with a Wi-Fi Access Point, which means you need to connect to Sesame via Bluetooth to download the logs from Sesame. Please do the following:
- Make sure you have internet connection on your phone and Bluetooth is enabled
- Open the Sesame app and click on the History tab
- Leave the app open for a few minutes while the history refreshes
Once you do so you should be able to see guest, manual, and auto-lock history.
