Dear Sir / Madam,
We encounter a failure to add our guests to the seaseme lock.
After our guests successfully register their sesame accounts with their own email address and received the registration confirmation email. We proceed to grant the access right for them to the seaseme lock with the admin account.
However, it is showing that account does not exist with the email address and rejected us from granting the access right to our guest. This same problem is happening for no single email address, but multiple emails (over 10) starting last month.
Please kindly help to fix this error.
