Sorry to hear it! Please try the following steps:
1) Restart your phone
2) Toggle your Bluetooth off and back on
4) Clear the Bluetooth cache by going to the Bluetooth Setting, selecting your Sesame, clicking "Forget This Device", then return to the Sesame app and click on Status, then "Pair" on the popup
6) Unregister and re-register your Sesame. Please note you will need to re-add any guests or managers.
