Thank you. I tried each of the points and still find that if the Bluetooth on my phone is on I receive “Busy!” But, I do not seem to when the Bluetooth is off. This is when I’m approximately 18” from the door/lock and the module about 4’. I haven’t tested from a distance yet.
To make matters worse, sadly, while removing one of the batteries it seems the contact was not properly installed because it came out with the battery and was seemingly misshapen. I’m dismayed. I tried to reinstall it and bend it back. I’ve used packaging tape to adhere it to the lock body and other battery, but this isn’t acceptable. The contact should not have come out when using my fingers to remove the battery.
The blue light flashes. However after taking the extra step of deleting and installing the app (because the others didn’t work), the lock took multiple attempts to connect, this was also the case when I received the lock.
The WiFi module shows that it connects to the WiFi, but the Bluetooth symbol is not lit. But, again, the Bluetooth light flashes on the lock.
I don’t see a button to upload a pic. And I’m not using a cloud service, except Google Drive or iTunes, for the obvious.
